I CANNOT FIND THE APP IN THE APPLE STORE. HOW DO I LOCATE IT?:

FOR TR1 AND TR5:   Search for ‘Everlast Tracker’ in your phone’s supported app store. Note for iPhone’s, the app is located in iPhone apps not iPad apps.

FOR TR2 AND TR7:  Search for ‘Everlast TR’ in your phone’s supported app store. Note for iPhone’s, the app is located in iPhone apps not iPad apps.

WHICH PHONES OR TABLETS WORK WITH MY TRACKER?:

FOR TR1 AND TR5: Both models function wirelessly with the following phone models:

iPhone4S/5/5S/5C/6/6+, iPod touch 5, iPad 4, iPad Mini with Retina display, iPad Air

Samsung Galaxy S3/S4/S5, Note 2/3

HTC One

Both the TR1 and TR5 can function using 3.5mm cord for some older Android models.

FOR TR2 AND TR7: Both models are known to function wirelessly with the following phone models:

iPhone4S/5/5S/5C/6/6+, iPod touch 5, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Mini with Retina display, iPad Air

Samsung Galaxy S3/S4/S5, Note 3, Nexus 4/5/ and Nexus 7 (2013)

Please ensure that your IOS OS is version 7.0 and Android OS

is version 4.3 or above and the device has Bluetooth 4.0 and when

you use iPad to search app, please ensure that the for iPhone use box

is ticked in the searching condition.

WILL THE APP WORK ON A PC?:

No the app only works with compatible mobile devices.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE SYNCING THE TR1 OR TR 5 TRACKER WITH THE APP VIA BLUETOOTH:

Please make sure your mobile device is configured for Bluetooth 4.0 technology and is one of the approved devices listed on the tracker package.  Models that use Android operating systems below 4.3 or Apple iPhone models below the 4s will not sync via bluetooth. Once it is determined that your device is enabled for Bluetooth 4.0 please place your tracker in BT mode, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on your mobile device, and go to settings in the App.  Make sure the lock button is unlocked, then push the Sync button on the App.  If the tracker has data on it it will sync successfully to the App. Please make sure there is data logged onto the tracker.  Please note that the App will not remain synced to the tracker.  It will only sync momentarily in order to update the data from the tracker to the App.  It is recommended for this to be done once daily at the end of your daily activity.

There also may be an updated version of the app that hasn’t downloaded properly to your phone – if the above does not work, try uninstalling your current app and reinstalling. Then retry the syncing process.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE SYNCING THE TR1 OR TR5 TRACKER VIA 3.5mm JACK:

The 3.5mm jack is an option provided for most mobile devices that are not configured for Bluetooth 4.0, however the jack will not work for Apple Devices, only with those utilizing Android operating systems. Please ensure the tracker is set to 3.5mm jack mode. Open the Everlast Tracker App.  Connect the jack via micro USB end to the tracker and the 3.5mm jack into the headphone slot on your mobile device.   If the tracker has data on it it will sync successfully to the App.  Please note, the App will not remain synced to the tracker. It will only sync in order to update the data from the tracker to the App.  It is recommended that the jack be removed following a successful sync of data.   Due to the number of different mobile devices and operating systems available, it is not guaranteed that the 3.5mm jack option will be successful with your mobile device.

There also may be an updated version of the app that hasn’t downloaded properly to your phone – if the above does not work, try uninstalling your current app and reinstalling. Then retry the syncing process.

 

TODAY’S TOTALS ARE SHOWN AS ZERO:

Device screens will automatically reset the totals after a certain time (usually midnight, see instructions for details) and store the previous
day’s data for syncing.

 

THE DEVICE WILL NOT START:

TR1 AND TR5: Hold down the module button until the device vibrates (approximately 5 seconds). Charge
the device fully and try again.

 

TR2 AND TR7: Press screen to wake it up. If screen will not wake up the device may need to be be charged.

 

MY GOALS AND SETTINGS ARE NOT WORKING:

Remember to press save before leaving the relevant page in the application. Make sure
to sync the module to transfer the new information.

 

DATA SHOWN ON THE APPLICATION IS DIFFERENT THAN DATA SHOWN ON THE MODULE:

Frequent syncing throughout the day can cause some data to be missed during transfer.
The data is not lost. Aim to sync once a day.

 

MY TRACKER IS NOT RECORDING SLEEP DATA:

TR1 AND TR5: Sleep data is not automatically recorded by the module, the wearer has to manually turn on sleep mode before going to bed for the night. This is done by double clicking the module button (this switches the modes of the module) consecutively until the symbol showing a bed appears. Once the bed symbol appears the wearer can go to sleep and the module will record sleep data. When the wearer awakens they can manually change the module back to step tracking mode by double clicking the module button until a symbol resembling two feet appears. The module will also automatically re-awaken to step tracker mode when the wearer starts to move for around or over 15 minutes.

Please also note that sleep data is only viewable in the application after syncing.

 

ARE EVERLAST TRACKERS WATERPROOF:

Currently only the TR2 model tracker is waterproof IP67 level,

but should not be taken for long periods of swimming

 

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:

Wipe the exterior surface of the module clean with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry
thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the module. Do not immerse
the module in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the module to liquid, moisture or
humidity to avoid the module’s internal circuits being affected. Do not drop the module as
the internal circuits may become damaged. Do not expose the module to extremely high or
low temperatures as this will shorten the lifespan, destroy the battery or distort certain
plastic parts. Do not dispose of the module in a fire, as it will result in an explosion. Do not
expose the module to sharp objects, as they may cause scratches and damage. Do not
attempt to disassemble the module, as this may cause damage.
